Fantastic stay!
cute staff great facilities big bed
I appreciated the cute staff, especially Ms. SUSPANSA E and her team. The hotel features great facilities. This includes free access to the rooftops, a satisfying breakfast, and the convenient gym and swimming pool. Our room was huge. It also had a big bed, a dressing area, and a spacious bathroom.
The hotel exterior needs to be repainted. The place is old!

Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows. These provided fine views of the city. The bathroom was large. It featured both a shower and a separate bathtub. The closet offered ample space for storing luggage.

a decent stay with some drawbacks
generously sized room good hanging space complimentary wash items small cockroaches limited buffet difficult access
the room was generously sized. it had good hanging space and complimentary wash items. dining and breakfast took place on the 79th and 81st floors. the 360 view from those floors was great too.
i found small cockroaches in the room. they came out of the drain in the toilets. the buffet spread was more limited than before.

long wait uncomfortable bed
The breakfast was very good. It had a wide variety of options.
The elevators were very busy! I had to wait a long time, and I had to switch between lifts. The doors made an unpleasant screeching noise when they opened or closed. It was really loud. The additional bed was too small for me and felt uncomfortable.

comfortable stay with fantastic service
clean room spacious room amazing view attentive staff
I appreciated the location. The pratunam night markets and platinum mall are very close by. rooms were very clean and spacious. the views were amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. all the staff were super attentive, and i found them lovely.
the hotel is quite old, and the wall-to-wall carpet smelled and wasn't fresh at all.

Really good Hotel Experience
good hospitality excellent air conditioning large room easy access
Supansa C at reception offered good hospitality and service. The location was convenient for clothes shopping. The room had excellent air conditioning and included a shower and a bath. It was large. I had easy access to the skytrain and many restaurants.
THE elevator system required a bit of patience due to the building size.

The receptionist Supansa C provided really good service. Her hospitality. I found her assistance invaluable. She answered questions with a smile and addressed all my concerns promptly.
